By leveraging her interest and knowledge of people-centric experiences, the impact of change and the importance of digital dexterity (in the context of digital maturity), Jennifer has successfully established herself within the Future of Work community as a subject matter expert on the topics of Collaborative Empowerment, Digital Transformation, the Digital Workplace, the Workforce of the Future, and the Connected Employee Experience.
With industry experience in Retail & Consumer Goods, Banking & Finance, Utilities, Life Sciences and Professional Services, Jennifer has held leadership roles in the areas of Technology Evangelism, Product Management, Innovation & Strategy, Business Services, Field Enablement and Enterprise Architecture. During her career, Jennifer has led/actively participated in the successful launch of four enterprise-level products, 13 distinct service offerings, six alliance partnerships and two global field enablement programs of work; in addition to her holding instrumental, client-facing roles in more than 28 transformational programs of work, impacting over 80,000 client employees and countless consumers – in more than 29 countries, across five different continents.
In Jennifer’s current role as a Senior Digital Advisor with Microsoft’s Digital Advisory Services, she focuses on helping her customers evolve their digital Retail Experience – for both retailer and consumer. She actively promotes the importance and relevance of building a Connected Consumer Experience that delivers end-to-end value, internally and externally. Highly rooted in the exploration and use of data – across multiple channels, Jennifer has acquired deep knowledge and awareness of how Data Science, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cognitive Computing, Mixed Reality (AR/VR) and the ‘Internet of Things’ (IoT) can be leveraged to drive true business impact and support the active Digital Transformation of Microsoft’s Retail & Consumer Goods customers.
