Leveraging human-centric design, change management methodologies, digital empowerment principles and in-field experiences, Jennifer has successfully established herself within the Digital Workplace community as a subject matter expert on the topics of the Digitalisation of Business, Collaborative Empowerment, the Digital Workplace, the Workforce of the Future, the Connected Experience and Digital Innovation within the Enterprise.
In Jennifer’s current role, as an independent Digital Experience Advisor with Salty Lyme Consulting, she focuses on helping her customers evolve their Digital Workplace footprint through the introduction of human-centric experiences that engage, empower and inspire the organization to achieve better business outcomes.
During her career, Jennifer has successfully contributed to the launch of four enterprise-level products, 13 distinct service offerings, six alliance partnerships and two global field enablement programs of work; in addition to her holding leadership delivery roles in more than 29 transformational programs of work, impacting over 87,000 client employees and countless consumers – in more than 29 countries, across five different continents.
